Third-Party Contracts are credit agreements between the Institute and external sponsor where it is agreed to pay part or full of the fees payable. When the student is linked to a TPC, then the credit is applied to the student account and the receivable is moved to the sponsor account to allow invoicing against the sponsor and not the student. The session will cover setup and functionality of TPC. Installments : When tuition is initially calculated, the system creates a unique ITEM_SF record, per due date calendar, for each installment. All installmentsare posted including future-dated installments. Any associated waiver will be spread proportionally across all installments by using the billing date of the charge item number. Session will cover setup and basic functionality of Installments
