Managing Qflow and Cisco enquiries through Oracle Service Cloud

Swinburne and Arinum partnered on a solution to integrate Qflow and Cisco call manger with Oracle Service Cloud, the solution enable the automatic creation of enquiries in Service Cloud against the identified contact and was achieved without using APIs. This presentation will cover how the systems were integrated from a business and technical perspective along with any learnings we encountered.
