This presentation will cover how we developed a self-service system in PeopleSoft for coordinators and teaching staff to request their own student evaluations. We offer teaching and course evaluations to include questions from a core set of predetermined questions, additional and/or free text questions. Developed with a number of configuration and administration pages and processes to allow admin staff to Finalise the evaluations then Publish them to EvaSys. A number of different Web Services were used to integrate PeopleSoft with the EvaSys Evaluation tool which is used to send out the evaluations to all affected students.
