Whitepapers

In March 2009, the members of the Reporting Product Advisory Group (RPAG) within the Higher Education Users Group (HEUG) accepted the challenge to prepare a whitepaper on reporting solutions.   The group decided that reporting solutions transcend whatever products may be available at the time and would focus on the procedure of developing and deploying a reporting system using the prevailing methodology.

The primary purpose of this whitepaper is to describe in general terms the design and implementation of a Reporting System for an institution of higher education.
