The Groups/Users Search feature of HEUG Online can be a very useful tool in trying to identify institutions with common interests and software configurations.  Although it is fairly self-explanatory, there are a few wrinkles that may not be obvious, and there have been some recent changes to the Group and Product Profiles that affect how searches work.  So the HEUG Communication Committee has prepared this brief tutorial to illustrate this functionality via several examples.
