During the academic year the University of Amsterdam needs to keep her students informed. We send out updates on the status of their application, official documents, and other relevant information. In this session we will show you how the University of Amsterdam sends e-mails and letters to large numbers of student in multiple languages and how we apply sub templates to create dynamic content. What is required in order to communicate in multiple languages? In what situations would it be useful to use sub templates?
