As we started rolling out CRM to more and more teams at UON we found the need for a way to easily and effectively communicate with our users to keep them up to date on new features, functionality and ways of performing different tasks. We formed a Community of Practice (COP) in order to bring users together monthly to talk through any suggestions, questions or issues they might have as well as updating users on current projects and improvements relevant to them. It provides an opportunity to engage the users in co-designing future CRM functionality and enhancements that benefit numerous teams. This presentation will discuss ways we've engaged with our community and showcase a number of enhancements we've been able to make to our processes as a result.
