The implementation of the Curriculum Management System was a project in two parts. One was the collaboration with an external vendor to provide business requirements and higher education sector advice so that they could build a system from scratch as a minimum valuable product. The second part of the project was to change business processes and practices through engagement and promotion of new ways of managing curriculum development. The project included an ambitious goal of uplifting the end-to-end curriculum development processes such that new/modified curriculum are integrated directly into Campus Solutions and then published to the online handbook. This presentation will also include the approach taken to engagement with staff and the management of signficant change.
