University of Pretoria has a requirement to quickly and effectively process multiple types of payouts to students or their proxies and still maintain a governance framework. There was no delivered function so a customized process was built and it works like a bomb!

All payouts and refunds are driven by rules for the different bursaries involved and thus captured in setup tables for ease of use and consistancy.

Approval levels are intrinsic to the process.
