Question and answer matching

Escalation to a live agent while maintaining the history and context of the conversation

Creation of incidents

The virtual assistant is provided with language assets that are domain-relevant. Initially, customer service assets are provided.

Oracle Virtual Assistant can be integrated with Oracle Service Cloud using the Oracle Chat interaction channel. Integration set-up tasks and account management are performed in Oracle Service Cloud.
