We today live in the cusp of rapidly changing customer expectations. Every customer wants a consistent, personalized experience when interacting with an institution - its products, services and brands. Customer engagement channels are either human-managed thereby lack in providing consistent experiences or have a pre-requisite of getting familiar with IT systems such as web pages & mobile apps. Most institutes today still struggle to identify a plan of action to provide a consistent customer experience that helps in growing customer engagement and brand value significantly.

This session will provide insights into how higher education can leverage some of the new age digital technologies such as Chat, Voice & Vision that millennials use in their daily life to enable higher education functions including Run the Class & Run the University. This session will contain hands-on live demos cutting across all the technologies. The objective of this session is to ignite the higher education community to think differently & ideate on applying new age technologies across higher education while getting the students ready for the digital world we live in.
