The Joys of Upgrading to PeopleTools 8.55

In 2016, DePaul University upgraded the PeopleSoft HCM Module to PeopleTools 8.55. This session will start with the research phase and provide an overview of the upgrade with a focus on the issues that were encountered, how they were resolved, and how the timeline was impacted.
