In order to streamline and automate various HR business processes, UP has undertaken a host of customisations to the HCM suite. Included in this portfolio were, for example, customisations to improve the recruiting and onboarding of staff within our institution. This session will provide an insight into the rationale for these various business process improvement enhancements and developments.
