Leiden University participates in an alliance with 2 partner universities, Erasmus University Rotterdam and Delft University of Technology. As a part of this close collaboration, students can now apply for a minor at a partner without any paperwork using 1 single portal. This formerly paper process is now supported by the EduXchange hub provided by SURF, reducing the number of concerns and actions for students and improving the quality of the exchanged data from SIS tot SIS. We will elaborate how we achieved our goals, demonstrate the look and feel for students and share with you our do's and don'ts.
