By expanding the view in Student Self-Service, we are attempting to get applicants to be able to answer some of their own questions, such as: Have you received my documents? Which results have you got for me? Have you got my NBT results? In addition to answering some of their burning questions, it also allows the applicant to do a quality-check of the information related to their application.
