In order up speed up the manual pre-registration process at UCT, various PeopleSoft screens were added to a dedicated PeopleSoft Work Centre that enables staff to swiftly data capture the legally required pre-registration information. Staff also scan the required documentation (i.e. passport ID page, medical aid membership letter and immigration visa) that is uploaded into ImageNow and is therefore accessible to the entire university after students have been pre-registered.
