This session will discuss the approach and design of the solution pursued at UP to automate the extraction of Summative grades directly from special "columns" in BlackBoard Grade Center into PeopleSoft. This approach then makes the current process of spreadsheet uploads into PeopleSoft redundant. The implications of this design on managing access rights in the LMS and configuring the workflow approvals for grade overrides, etc will also be discussed.
