FAPINCLC INVOKED VIA MASS EFC BLANKS OUT PREVIOUSLY ASSIGNED FEDERAL RULE SET

Good Afternoon

I am trying to do the recommended workaround.  Can someone tell me what table and fields need to be processed in order to re-calculate the FM EFC to repopulate the Federal Rule Value?
