I am thrilled to announce that today marks an exciting milestone for our community—our new membership platform, iMIS, is officially live and ready for you to log in and update your password.
What’s Next? Log In and Update Your Password
To get started with our new platform, here’s what you need to do:
Step 1: Log In
- Head over to our new login page and click on "Sign In" at the top of the screen.
- On the next page, select "Forgot Password?" you will then receive an email with instructions to create a new password.
- Make sure you use the email address associated with your HEUG profile.
- If you don’t know the email address associated with your HEUG profile click, “Forgot Username?” link.
- If you still encounter issues, our support team is here to assist you at support@heug.org.
Step 2: Initial Login Setup
- This step is essential to activate your account within our new iMIS membership platform. After logging in through iMIS and changing your password, you can continue accessing the HEUG Community as usual. This password reset will update the Single Sign-On (SSO) for the HEUG Community.
Step 3: Update to a Strong Password
- Once you’ve reset your password, we recommend updating it to a strong, secure one.
- On the Member Welcome Summary page, click on your name to navigate to your Full Account Page.
- From there, go to the Preferences Tab and select “Change Password.”
We’ve also created a quick and easy video guide to walk you through this process. I encourage you to watch it to ensure a smooth transition.
