As we close out the first month of 2021, I am so glad that we are starting to turn the corner and seeing some light at the end of this tunnel. The year will not be easy, and almost everything we do will remain virtual for probably the rest of the calendar year, but connections are happening, and progress is being made.
At the beginning of this month, we launched our updated online platform and community and we hope this evolution is helping to connect our members more efficiently and makes it easier to identify more relevant content and support.
In addition, we have identified several new partners to help bring current and supportive information to our members that were never available before. We are living in a world of multiple systems and integration options and the HEUG is transitioning to help you make sense of it all.
This will be a work in progress, and we thank you for your support and patience as we work through the changes in the new year. We do not have all of the answers but feel strongly that this will allow us to be more nimble and meet your needs for the long term.
We are only as strong as our membership and remain committed to making this THE global higher education and public sector user group. We can only do that with your feedback and participation, so any and all suggestions you may have about our broadened scope as well as our new online platform, PLEASE send those to Support.
