The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is hiring a Change Management and Training Specialist.

 
Position Summary:  The Change Management and Training Specialist takes a lead role in preparing faculty, staff, student employees, and other groups (such as applicants) for changes to the University’s Human Resources and other enterprise systems.  Work activities include taking the lead on analyzing stakeholders and business processes for change initiatives. The Change Management and Training Specialist also designs change management-related communication campaigns and may execute, or may lead others in executing on, those campaigns. This includes designing, coordinating, and facilitating user engagement activities.  The person in this role will write end user documentation, review, and edit the documentation written by others, and will be a leader in developing standards and templates for use by the broader team. The person in this role will design strategies for how training is delivered, design training deliverables and delivering training. The incumbent may also help with developing graphics and presentations. The person in this role will work closely with members of the HR Information Management team and HR & EOC Communications. The person will also partner closely with the ITS Change Management team on projects; strategies; and change management processes, templates, and methodologies so that HR and EOC deliverables and ITS deliverables are similar in nature.
