PS Query can be used to do some amazing things in XTend from Lagniappe Software.
- Assign specific forms or surveys to users. For example, we can assign an SAP Appeal form to all students who do not meet SAP for a particular term.
Assigned form view on a mobile device.
- Pre-populate data including Grids. For example, Name and student ID. Also, pre-populated SAP deficiencies in a grid.
- Drive Conditional Logic. For example, an SAP appeal form will populate the questions based on the PS query that pre-populates the SAP deficiencies.
- Dynamically create drop-down list values. For example, on a grade change form, the list of Grade values in the “Change Grade To” field come from a PS query.
