The vet school at the University of Glasgow have a requirement to report to their various awarding bodies on the curriculum being taught and assessed. Feed up with spreadsheets, the team approached various departments across the university to talk about what existing software may support their requirements. SLSD (Student Lifecycle Support and Development) were able to present details on the programme enrolment and activity management functionality on Campus Solutions. Over the past year we have been working together to map the vet school requirements and translate this to Campus Solutions. A level of customisation has been required with the need to tag items in our activity registry. These tags record the intended learning outcomes, Blooms Taxonomy and the species included at plan, course and teaching event level.
The purpose of this presentation is to showcase work completed to date and discuss the impact and possibilities being presented.
