This session provides the basic processes of posting Third Party Contract payments, and write-offs. The presentation will provide payments via PeopleSoft Cashiering, Post Corporate Transaction and Mass Select Transactions (the best of the breed). Over the years payments to Third Party Contracts require extra care in they tend to move from student to student term to term. This session will provide you with the delivered method to have your Third Party Payments stick to the student and not move around! In addition we will touch a little on KCTCS process for third party bad debt and write-offs.
