Hello everyone,
We have been working with our Institutional Research department to complete our ACTS reporting requirements. When I was asked to provide the Tuition and Fee amounts, I did just that - actual tuition and fees for each student for the year. Apparently, that was not what the ACTS data was supposed to include. Here's the explanation of the request:
"ACTS wants the actual charge (before aid) for the students if they enrolled full-time for the full academic year. If they withdrew or became part-time, please provide the estimated charge as if they stayed full-time. And if the estimated amounts are not available, please fill in the general tuition and fees."
We have 5 different undergraduate tuition rates and most graduate programs have their own tuition rates.
Does anyone have a query or an expression that would produce the actual tuition and fees if the student remained full time for the full year, and an imputed tuition and fee amount if the student enrolled for less than full time or ceased attending during the year?
Oh, and BTW - no duplicates.
