I used ChatGPT to help rewrite all of the points I had put together for a meeting agenda. There were a lot of frustrations and negative emotions around the situation prompting the meeting, and ChatGPT was indescribably helpful in shaping those points to focus more on a solution driven conversation. Taking the "heat" out really helped everyone stay on track to get through all of the pain points, while also making everyone more comfortable with the discussion and providing examples.

Having difficult discussions is hard to begin with, let alone trying to round up folks and set a clear, organized, and solution-driven agenda. I am curious if you used AI to compile notes during the meeting as well.
