Constituent Experience and Advancement
The Constituent Experience and Advancement CXA Community aims to collaborate on improving business processes and outcomes across the full higher education lifecycle via knowledge-sharing and best practice modelling between institutions, colleagues and vendors. The community discusses product-specific issues, including but not limited to, the Oracle CX suite and PeopleSoft CRM and CR, as well as broader process-improvement, product-agnostic issues.
