Renewed and Re-Energized - After Alliance 2016

There is no place like Alliance, especially in the Emerald City.  The wonderful venue and the very friendly people of Seattle were a complete joy to partner and share the experience of Alliance with.

I am grateful for the time and efforts given by so many people that make this annual event such a success for Educating, Sharing, Partnering and Networking (ESPN).  The amount of detail and focus to make this conference successful is truly remarkable and it couldn’t be done each and every year without the VOLUNTEERS that make it all possible. We are also afforded the opportunity to work with our great partners at Socious.  Though they are not volunteers they are as committed to the success of the HEUG and Alliance as we are.

As I have stated before, reflection is key to success in identifying where we have come from, as we determine where we are going.  Along those lines, it is my great pleasure to recognize our new team of executives, who will work alongside me to ensure the HEUG moves forward with renewed energy and determination.  They were recently identified in the Executive Director, Lew Conner's Blog, 2016-2017 HEUG Officers approved-Jane Broad becomes President-elect!

I am truly excited to be working directly with Jane Broad, President-Elect in the coming year as she begins to transition into the leadership position of this great organization.  I know Jane is very eager to continue our past successes, as well as identify new ways for the HEUG to be even more successful.

As always, I am still truly amazed at the amount of committed people around the world who remain focused on sharing for the greater good of us all.

See you all next year in Las Vegas.
