I usually don't point out to external blogs, but I thought this was a really good (and objective) post on a feature that's received a lot of buzz - Forms and Approval Builder. According to Oracle, "PeopleSoft applications are helping to make paper and email-based forms a thing of the past so that you will know what was submitted, when it was submitted, and who approved it."
You can read the original Oracle post here: http://blogs.oracle.com/peoplesoft/entry/finally_a_paperless_office_with1
And the aforementioned blog post here which mentions the pros and cons of the functionality. Sounds like the jury is still out: http://bloggingaboutoracleapplications.org/overview-forms-approval-builder/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed:%20orana%20(OraNA)
