The countdown is on to Alliance 2020 and the Project and Change Management Advisory group are really looking forward to the opportunity to gather, network, and hear what our colleagues in the PCM community have been up to this past year. Whether this is your first time attending, or one of many, we want to ensure you get the best from your time at Alliance. Here are our top tips which you can prepare now, so that come conference time you are ready to hit the ground running!
- Make sure you take the time beforehand to catch up on all the communication from the conference committee, and from any advisory groups or special interest groups you might be interested in. You can check out the HEUG Newsroom with all the latest blog posts here.
- We have a great variety of sessions this year covering best practice, lessons learned, and tips and tricks in Project Management, Change Management, Communication, Training, Design Thinking, and Leadership (and it doesn’t stop there!). Check out the full list of sessions available in the Project and Change Management Track on our Alliance PCM Track page. You can drill down through the sessions to view details on the topic and our presenters this year. Take the time now to mark out some of your ‘must see’ sessions or highlights to ensure you don’t miss any topics of interest! Make a note of who is presenting on the topics you are most interested in – you may run into them at other times throughout the conference and have the chance to chat one on one.
- Download the conference app and build your schedule. The mobile app allows you to develop, view and personalize your agenda, get important updates as the event goes on, and connect with others through networking or social updates. Details on how to download and use the app can be found here.
