Registration Information
For those of you who have already registered, you are in for an exciting time. We have a great opening ceremony for you with “The Water Coolers” appearing throughout the ceremony, hall of fame presentation, and the HEUG President’s address. You do not want to miss this opening night event.
We have so many great sessions lined up for you. Be sure to build your agenda as soon as you can so that you have a seat in the room. Many popular sessions will fill up quickly.
The closing night event will be on Shipwreck Beach at Disney’s Yacht Club. This will be a fun filled event with the Landsharks as our feature band and steel drum music from The Tropicals earlier in the evening. For our quiet area, we have lined up a great acoustic guitarist playing old and new favorites. There will be yard games, and weather permitting, fireworks visible from the beach. The weather may be a little chilly in the evening so be sure to pack appropriate attire just in case.
If you are planning a night out for dinner while you are at the conference, you may not be aware that many, if not all, Disney restaurants on property require reservations. Be sure to get your dinner reservations booked well ahead of time, and in fact, you may want to go ahead and make those now. It never hurts to plan ahead.
