The Project and Change Management (PCM) Advisory Group has hit the ground running after our summit at Alliance, and are really looking forward to engaging with you all this year and hopefully delivering some really helpful and exciting content. We wanted to share with you some of our goals for the year so you can see what’s in store for the rest of 2019!

Enhancing the PCM Library

Hopefully you’ve seen our resource library that we have commenced developing on the PCM home page. If not, please check it out here! We are hoping to build on this in 2019 and provide you with many more templates and resources which you can download and adapt to suit your own purposes. At present the library includes some templates for Training Plans, Communications Plans, Requirements Gathering, Project Vision Statements, and Job Descriptions, amongst others.

We’d also really love for others to contribute to this – if you have any great templates or tools/tips you’d be willing to share please feel free to upload these under the relevant library. The more the merrier!

Expanding services to International Groups

We acknowledge that many of our webinars are delivered at a time which makes it hard for some groups to watch and engage with these live. This year we are hoping to deliver more webinars that suit those in other timezones so that we can have greater global engagement and discussion in the PCM group.

Enhancing communication and engagement

Keep an eye out for our ‘spotlight’ months where we hope to bring you focussed information, resources and discussion forums around each of our key focuses – Project Management, Change Management and Leadership, Training, and Communication.

How can you engage?

The PCM Advisory group page offers opportunities for you to engage with the PCM community. Here you can post files to the libraries, post questions or topics for discussion on the forum, or submit suggestions for the Advisory group about topics you would like us to explore.
