Queries are a great tool but sometimes they can provide too much information. Do you really want to list all classes in which a student is enrolled in a term, which creates so many additional rows of data? Do you want to list all service indicators in separate rows? If multiple fields with multiple values are listed, think of the duplication. A Drilling URL can be used to identify those values outside of the query results. A Drilling URL can drill down to the Enrollment Summary page, to continue with this example, or to a separate query that lists enrollment information. Those are just two of the Drilling URLs available.
