Is your organization required to produce T2202A, T4, T4A, or T4ANR certificates and files? Do you find Oracle's support in this area for Canadian customers lacking?

At McMaster University we have had to develop inhouse workarounds to generate CRA XML files and other tax slips. Given this is far from ideal, we continue to work with Oracle in providing an out of the box PeopleSoft solution.

This session will give attendees an opportunity to discuss tax reporting shortcomings and what would be needed in an enhancement from Oracle. Please come prepared to talk about the issues you face in the CS, HR, and Finance applications.

Feedback gathered will be added to an Oracle Community Enhancement request that is currently under review.
