Working collaboratively across applications with all teams within the Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) Department and the business in Streamlining Processes means continual training has a high priority.
The Applications and Infrastructure , Development and Functional teams have been focusing on running information sharing and Training sessions both internally and for the business teams.
Presentations and training sessions are undertaken before during and after implementation of projects and online resources are often available to all staff using new or modified systems.
Biannual training on Course configuration is run for Administration staff in Schools to ensure business processes are followed.
Data and statistics are utilised to determine sessions required and the structure of the training sessions.
We also run fortnightly training sessions within EIS to cross skill on:- tools used, Business processes within teams, updates on systems and FAQ sesssions
