Lidia has been with Central Washington University since 2012, supporting Campus Solutions in Student Records and Academic Advising. She actively works to meet the needs of their faculty, staff and students with enhancements, and day to day support. Including several upgrades and system updates within Campus Solutions bringing new functionality and improved functionality to these systems. She is eager to learn, grow and teach and looks forward to opportunities to connect.
Jenny Brooks
University of North Texas - ERP Application Development Director
Jenny started at the University of North Texas as a technical/developer for the Financial Aid area. When they implemented PeopleSoft 8.0, she was a key member of the implementation team and worked closely with customers. In 2009, she moved into a Business Analyst role and lead a team of four business analysts for the Campus Solutions module. In 2016, she moved again, this time into a role as resource manager where she continued to manage the business analyst team as well as taking on two more of the Campus Solutions development teams. She is now the director over the Campus Solutions modules and teams, still supporting the institutions under the UNT System umbrella
Becky Cogswell
Bowling Green State University - Assistant Director of Records
Becky is Assistant Director of Records at Bowling Green State University. She started at BGSU in February 2011 as a Business Analyst. Prior to starting her full-time position, she worked in the Registrar's office as a student worker folding transcripts, working the counter, and helping the Transfer Evaluation area. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2009 and earned her MBA from BGSU in Summer 2018. In her spare time, she loves to watch sports and spend time with family!
Rachael Daniel
University of Wisconsin (Milwaukee) - Assistant Director of Systems
Rachael has been with UW-Milwaukee for more than 17 years, the last 10 serving in a functional development capacity. She has worked extensively with Student Records, Advisement, Campus Community, and most recently started working more with Admissions. Prior to working at the University in 2003, she had 3 years of PeopleSoft experience in Human Resources. She previously served on the Volunteer committee and attended multiple Alliance conferences. She looks forward to every opportunity to get more involved with the HEUG.
Tracey Einig Jones
Liverpool John Moores University - Business Support Officer
Tracey has been at LJMU since 1995 in various positions and departments, but mostly within the realm of Student System development. Currently she is part of a small team who have responsibility to develop, maintain, support and train on Campus Solutions and CRM. She has 9 years of functional software development experience in Campus Solutions; mainly in the Student Records/Academic Advisement, Reporting and Academic Structure modules.
Denise Kelly
Queen’s University Belfast - Functional Development Lead
Denise has worked in higher education now for over twenty years, gaining extensive first-hand experience of the overall student journey. During this time, she has undertaken varies positions at Queen’s University. She first commenced in the Registry Office of a School within QUB in which her role focused on the enrolment and registration process right through to graduation. It was during this time that her experience focused on the Student Records module after QUB’s implementation of CS in 2008. She has presented at the HUEG EMEA conference and I is a member of the UK Student Records User Group.
Sandra Mienczakowski
University of Nottingham - Head of Academic Processes
Sandra is Head of Academic Processes, part of Student Services at the University of Nottingham. She is a HE professional with extensive experience in administration, leadership and management and enjoys the challenge of a changing environment! She has been at the University for 30 years in a number of different roles in academic Schools as programmes Manager (Business School and School of Law) and Professional Services as Assessment Manager and Head of Student Administration. She has been in her current role since 2016 and is responsible for the strategic leadership and management of processes and services relating to the student journey from Welcome, Induction, Registration through to Graduation leading the teams responsible for Curriculum Management, Taught Student Records, Postgraduate Research, Exams & Timetabling, Assessment & Attendance, and Partnerships, Placements and Mobility.

Carolien ten Oever
University of Amsterdam - Senior Functional Analyst
Carolien joined the implementation team for Admissions and Student Records at the University of Amsterdam in 2009. From 2012 to 2016 she was chair of the Student Records User Group for SaNS (collaboration of 4 Dutch universities). She has presented sessions at the HEUG Alliance, EMEA Alliance and the DEUG (Dutch Education User Group) and is involved in various projects on Academic Advisement, Program Enrollment & Activity Management and Research Tracking. At the moment her focus is on exploring new functionalities to optimise our educational processes and enhance the usability.
