In July 2020 the TRAG surveyed the user community on your implementations of digital assistants /chatbots and live chat technologies, and the use cases for which you have implemented them.
Please find below a summary of our survey results. We will soon follow this up with a case study of some of these implementations, taking a deeper dive into the solutions and the learnings from implementing them.
