Article Overview:
The intent of this article is to announce what Campus Community Self-Service pages have been identified by the HEUG community and the CC AG to be transformed into fluid pages in Campus Solutions 9.2.
Article:
As Oracle is working towards completing the transformation of the Campus Community pages deemed as first priority into Fluid pages in Campus Solutions 9.2, we - The CC AG - recently conducted a survey of the HEUG community to help us define what Campus Community Student Self-Service pages should be considered for second priority in phase 2. Oracle plans to deliver the Fluid user experience for high-value, role-based users on an ongoing basis with People Soft/Campus Solutions Update Images, for selection and implementation with the PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM).
Oracle has already started developing and releasing CC Fluid Self-Service pages as part of their first phase. For CC, the pages included in the first phase are: Personal Details (Names and read-only Gender, Date of Birth, National ID and Photo), Emails, Phone Numbers, Addresses, Emergency Contacts, To Do List (checklists and activity guides) and Holds. Please note that the intention for these pages is to provide configuration so that institutions can decide whether or not to deploy each Fluid page and, if a page is deployed, whether or not the data is read-only or editable by students.
Based on feedback received in our survey, the CC AG has recommended the following CURRENT NON-FLUID Campus Community Student Self-Service pages be considered for the second phase to be transformed into Fluid Student Self-Service pages in 9.2.
Security – Communication Preferences
Security – FERPA Restrictions
Demographic Information – Citizenship
Security – User Preferences
Personal Information – Ethnicity (US)
Demographic Information – Ethnicity

Additionally, based on feedback received in our survey released to the HEUG community, the CC AG has recommended the following NON-FLUID Campus Community pages be considered for transformation into Fluid Student Self-Service pages in the second phase.
