Session Title: Miami’s Student Financials Business Process Assessment

Live since 2013, the University of Miami requested a "health check" of their Student Financials configuration, business processes and reporting solutions to identify possible efficiencies and customizations and to assess the confidence level of their reporting data prior to upgrading to CS 9.2. The University requested a complete review of their Campus Solutions Student Financials set up and reporting solutions. The purpose of the session was to be able to provide recommendations for improvement.
