Enhance HEUG’s support for communication, collaboration and education across the entire HEUG ecosystem.
|
- Maintain frequent communications out to SR community
- Represent SR on cross-AG activities and working groups
|
- Regular Blogs – covering SR PAG updates, functionality updates or wider issues in Higher Education. Blogs will particularly be targeted to promote HEUG/PAG activities and to effectively promote the SR Track at Alliance 2021
- Organize regular webinars – identifying appropriate topics or previous presentations
- Take a leading role in the working group on alternative education models
- Proactive liaison activity with other AGs

Strengthen the HEUG’s effectiveness in its advocacy role
|
- Be proactive in gathering and analyzing community feedback and presenting to Oracle
- Work with Oracle to identify priority areas and establish and promote appropriate mechanisms to achieve the community engagement required
- ·Understand and advocate for the members.

- Work with Oracle to identify and progress Campus Solutions enhancements that are achievable and will have high impact
- Facilitate work between the SR Community and Oracle to clarify requirements and deliver solutions
- Play an active role in Student Cloud Focus Groups
- Monitor and review listserv to identify areas of interest and issues requiring wider discussion

Increase HEUG member engagement and satisfaction
|
- Better engage community through regional conferences, online interactions and knowledge sharing.
- Maintain a visible and effective presence on listservs etc.
- Regularly collect information and feedback from SR community to help inform PAG and HEUG future directions and initiatives.

- Release a survey across the SR community to identify current, and emerging, trends in Students Records to help advise Oracle on longer-term product directions
- Take an active role in leading and supporting the SR Community to understand the evolution of, and transition to, Cloud and next gen systems
